Welcome to Hey Evee. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

About Hey Evee

Hey Evee is an AI-powered business coaching app designed for mom content creators. We provide AI coaching, courses, content planning tools, a community circle, and business resources to help you grow your content creation business.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hey Evee. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Membership and Payment

Monthly Membership ($27/month): Gives you access to Evee AI coaching, the content planner, Mama Circle community, and Courses 01 and 02. Billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
Lifetime VIP ($197 one-time): Gives you permanent access to all current and future courses, the full Hook Vault, VIP Circle, Money Dashboard, and all features. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
We do not offer refunds on Lifetime VIP purchases except where required by law. Monthly memberships may be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Cancellation

Monthly members can cancel at any time by emailing hello@heyevee.com. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.

AI Coaching (Evee)

Evee is an AI business coach powered by Anthropic's Claude API. The advice and suggestions provided by Evee are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

Community Guidelines

The Mama Circle and VIP Circle are supportive communities for mom creators. By posting, you agree to:

Be respectful, kind, and supportive of other members
Not post spam, promotional content, or links without permission
Not share harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
Not impersonate other members or public figures
Not share another member's private information without consent

We reserve the right to remove posts or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.

Your Content

You own the content you create using Hey Evee's tools. By posting in the community circles, you grant Hey Evee a non-exclusive license to display that content to other members within the platform. We will never sell your content or use it in advertising without your permission.

Intellectual Property

All course content, hooks, captions, CTAs, workshop materials, and other original content in Hey Evee is owned by Hey Evee and protected by copyright. You may use this content to grow your own creator business but may not resell, redistribute, or republish it as your own product or course.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Hey Evee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or business outcomes from using our platform. Income claims and testimonials reflect individual results that may not be typical.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey Evee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify members of significant changes by email. Continued use of Hey Evee after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
